Calorie Counter.

I've joined MFP and looked at other sites for a bog standard calorie counter/checker. I really want one that you input the cal/carb/fat etc per 100g THEN put in the portion size I've eaten and it shows how many cals per portion. Has anyone come across this type, preferably a UK one?

I use the app 'my net diary' on google play - seems to have all the boxes ticked and it already has a lot of popular foods already in the database - asda dishes etc.

You can use the recipe builder on mfp to do this I think. ...or add the items yourself if that helps?

It's under 'create food'

ON MFP you just click on Recipes to put your own in there. Be aware that sometimes it does not come up with the right answer - double check it has the quantities right. It put 100 cloves of garlic in mine instead of 1 and often gets things wrong although you are able to adjust it yourself. It is a brilliant feature on there and I use it alot.
