Help needed

Hi all I hope someone can answer my questions.
I've been on cambridge diet (again) for the last 6 weeks I've lost 19 lbs which is fab but should be a lot more.
The last couple of weeks I seem to stick to the shakes for 4 days then 2 days eating by day 7 I lose nothing why?
Shouldnt and wouldn't it come down to calorie intake?
Feel i could be losing more weight calorie counting instead. If I used the shakes I have left with other food plus exercise surely I would lose weight correct?
Is it true I shouldn't go under 1200 as would go into starvation mode?

I have 6 stone to lose and have a holiday in 11 weeks so really need and want to lose the most I can.

Diet again x
 
You definitely shouldn't' go below 1,200 and when you have a lot to lose you should start at a higher level - I'd say around 1,800. Good luck. :) xx
 
Tips to Reduce Weight Fast

Watch Your Fluids
1. Drink green tea.
2. Avoid calories in a glass.
3. Start Lifting.
4. Avoid the Salt.
5. Add spices in your diet.
6. Get some sleep.
7. Go for an evening walk.
8. Eat every meal.
9. Add 20 minutes of exercise per day.
10. Drink Water More.
