Treats are not sustainable if I can just keep away.

I don't know how to process not having treats at the moment...

A bunch of grapes today and a big bit of cheese and an alcohol free beer
(Entertaining, didn't have cheesecake or 2 other biscuit or cake opportunities)
but if I don't eat one kind of treat.... Do I then replace it?

have been having treats non stop!! All these things I think I can have sometimes turns into diet breakers
if it's not a shot of grappa it's a frozen innocent smoothie

It took so much deprivation to lose 4 lbs quickly but they all went back on

If it's not sugar free hot chocolate made at home on the stove it's pizza in Amsterdam
but if it's not dried fruit or o.j its crisps
if it's not sugar free boiled sweets its sugar free chocolate

no sugar is my rule and All dried fruit needs to go, all juice, all alcohol, all caloried drinks and all substitutes

I don't know how to treat myself
when
how often? Which things...
craving double cream Splenda and powdered espresso !
 
The only way I cope is by leaving them in the shop/store Grapes are little bags of sugar. As you can see I'm an addict too - and not just to chocolate, it's just the worst. So I just don't have anything obviously containing sugar in my house. You are doing wonderfully well, 2½st wow!!
