Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Pasta help I have a packet of pasta and its 120g. It says on the bag that per 100g its 129 calories, which would mean about 140-150 per 120g which is the amount in the pack. However, it says next to it that per pack its 511 calories, this is confusing me. Anyone able to help? |

Rep Power: 19 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Cambridge | Is that cooked or dry weight? Obviously when it is cooked it is much heavier but the extra weight is all water. So I guess the 100g of cooked pasta is 129 cals while the 120g of dried is 511.

I think!
