I'm Coming Back - Supersara

Hey

I lost 7lbs over 4 weeks back in february/march time while calorie counting to 1355 a day (the value WLR told me). I had calorie counted to a higher value for 4 weeks before hand but not lost anything. Then lost 3lbs in the first week after dropping it! I did this through the Boots New Years Resolution 'Change One Thing' website, which i loved.

Then my dissertation deadline loomed. And the 12 weeks that the Boots diary runs for ran out. And I had nothing to keep track of my intake. So 7lbs back on.

So now it's coming up to Reading Festival, and I want to be able to wear the clothes that I bought last year which now cling to my belly bulge which I hate. And I feel self-conscious in the rest of my clothes and I have no money or inclination to buy new bigger ones. The bulge has got to go!

Aye, i tested out my conservatory yesterday, my house is kinda old so if you jump up and down the whole floor moves slightly and all the glass /ornaments etc move violently. But the conservatory's new and doesn't seem to move at all, so I'll be locking myself in there, closing the blinds (it's also mostly sound proof) and doing my Davina dvds to start me off i think! And I'm hunting down a wii fit...

...and how are you doing now? I've chucked the weighing scales out and I am utterly terrified!!!! I've not had one day in the past million years without a set of weighing scales ready to jump on and off of.

I have to confess, I find not weighing incredibly easy! I didnt weigh myself for 4 years, and even now when I'm meant to be dieting (not been great this week due to stomach bug and irregular eating) and my WI was meant to be monday - I completely forgot!! Ooops!
