Start Date: May 2008
Start Weight: 213lb
Current Weight: 174lb
Goal Weight: 140lb

Total Weight Loss: 39lb
Weight to Lose: 34lb
% Lost 18.31%
I'm being brave...

and I've ditched Nutracheck!!

This week was my first week without it...and I still lost my 2lb!

I'm not even weighing anything now, just being careful but not overly.

Long may this continue!
