hi

Does anyone recommend a book with calorie listings in it for UK food -both restaurants and normal food..

I love the calorie carb and fat bible by Weight Loss Resources. I buy one every year. Amazon sell them cheaper than most other places

It contains thousands of items plus a really good eating out section at the back of the book, has listings for lots of restaurants!

caloriecount.about.com and foodfocus.co.uk are very good (you register for foodfocus but I love it & it's free. I log all my food and love seeing the weight/food graphs each day.)

Diet: Cambridge
WH Smiths sell Calorie Counting Magazines. Its around £2.50. I bought one 2 months ago. It has most of the foods and supermarket stuff in there. Plus my Cambridge Diet councellor has one too-
