    Start Date: 7th Jan 2009
    Start Weight: 13st3lb
    Current Weight: 9st10lb
    Goal Weight: 8st7lb
    Goal Date: No set date, comfortable where i am but would like to just trim up a bit more...


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st3lb
    % Lost 26.49%

    Weighing myself!

    Ok i am weighing on my BF mum scales but due to family thing sthey are leaving the house due to them splitting up. My Wii fit because it is on a carpet is weighing me at a lighter figure. Not sure what to do???




    Start weight 13,3
    Current weight: 9 stone 7 and still trying...


    Targets:

    Get to a size 12 - Done in the early 11's
    Get to a size 10 - Done , in some 8's too

    Get into the 9 stone's - Done


    Get to the 8's...
    Main aim: Being comfortable with how i look in bikini for Maldives in May 2010 - DONE

    just stick with your wii fit. if it says ur a little lighter then it as always be the same amount lighter, so will be accurate when showing your loss

    week 6 ....... sts
    week 7......... 3lbs
    week 8 .......... 2lbs
    week 9 ........... 3lbs
    week 10 ......... 1 lb totm

    Well mum has put the balance board for the Wii fit on a flat piece of MDF wood now and it seems to be weighing in about right. Will go from here
