    banana 105cals
2 hard boiled eggs 140 cals
    lunch
    Basmati rice 220 cals
    Natural Yoghurt 65 cals
    Dinner
    Turkey 260

I am about to have lunch and have planned my meals for the whole day. Seems like very low cal count, but alot of GOOD healthy food which surley will give me all the vit/minerals i need.

Any advice anyone... anything i missed??

oh i meant i counted that all up as 1083 cals. seemed quite low so added more rice and fruit.
today i have worked out 1283 cals, added some cachew nuts, apple, a lil extra rice compared to yeterday. but i think i have got a good calorie hit now. just have to walk more i think. helping my dad paint walls tomoro so that should be a good work out, work on my bingo wings lol!
