Breakfast raisins 43 cals banana 105cals 2 hard boiled eggs 140 cals lunch Basmati rice 220 cals Natural Yoghurt 65 cals Dinner Turkey 260 cabage 17 Broccili 31 Coulifower 34 gravey 30 Snack Activia fat free 59 Almonds 80 I am about to have lunch and have planned my meals for the whole day. Seems like very low cal count, but alot of GOOD healthy food which surley will give me all the vit/minerals i need. Any advice anyone... anything i missed?? |
