My Mood: Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I'm only on day 3 and up to now only using the shakes i'll try the soups next week i think. The nicest up to now has been the choc mint warm (taste's like mint options) the strawberry and vanilla are also nice. Dont like the toffee and walnut one and will be holding my nose when i drink the other 2 sachets i have lol. |

And really funny realizing that i would normally have eaten DD's crusts and the bit of sausage that falls on the chopping board. I might yet have to tie my hands behind my back. ![]()

When I make mine hot I add 2tsps of instant coffee, using 4ozs of cold water and 8 of near boiling water and mix with an electric hand blender(have just had to buy and extra one from Asda for just under £5 to leave at work as I forgot it yesterday and had to mix by hand-just wasn't the same, super smooth drink taht I'm used to )It's scrummy ![]()

My Mood: Blog Entries: 2 Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() ![]() | I love Strawberry, Banana, and vanilla I make it with the recommended amount of water plus a big handful of Ice whizzed in the blender, A lovely thick milkshake ) Last time I had quite a lot of savoury, but for me a hot drink doesn't satisfy me as much so I haven't got any savouries for this week.I think i might try the porridge next time, I declined this time, Has anyone used the savoury drink flavour?? What does this taste like? x |

Not tried the brocoli and stilton, but might now I have heard others saying it is nice. I do not like the porridge
