life in the hereafter :)
Hi guys! So I am very close to my target now (9.2stones) which feels absolutely great but at the same time very scary! How have you planned to maintain your weight?? Exercise and calorie counting? Or low carb life style? I'm leaning more towards low carb 5days a week and a bit of a naughty weekend (with moderation of course!) is that doable?
Surely most of u have thought abt maintenance- share ideas plz
Thanks
Maddie xx

Hey hun, maybe ask your question in the main forum as it will probably mean talking about food and the 100% forum is supposed to be 'food talk free'!
Congratulations on reaching your target! That is a brilliant achievement and I bet you are on top of the world! You deserve to be!
xx

Diet: Cambridge Diet
Low carb plus excercise. I was alright low carbing it the last time I finished a VCLD but crept back to carbs later on. It's impossible to be a saint 100 percent of the time. I like to eat, so I think this time I need to accept that and incorporate excercise as well. Much to my surprise I'm really looking forward to it as I have lots of fitness crazy friends now.
