heya hun, i am doing 810 but having 4 packs a day and 1 pint of milk, my losses range between 1 1/2lb to 6 lbs but still have a lot to loose!! gd luck with it, you should still get good losses on 810!!! give it a go and see how u get on x

The problem with SS is that I can't exercise much as I get exhausted very quickly. I guess 50 mins exercise will burn off about 300 extra cals which will be as effective calorie wise as SS with no exercise. Yes I'm definitely thinking about moving from SS. The only problem is knowing when to stop eating - not something I'm good at! Well done on fantastic weight loss.
