    Struggling!

    I'm on day 2 n before 5pm I was fine but now it's evening I'm starting to go downhill all I can think bout it food n how easy it wud be to jus go out n get sum n eat healthy food instead of this!!! Does this feeling go away??

    The feeling does go away. Why don't you try going for a walk or taking up a hobby? I've found it really helps as I'm not just sitting on the couch.

    The feeling goes away I normally have a bath or read a book the cravings go honest :-) stick with it you'll be fine

    Cheers guys had another sleepless night dreaming of eating lol. Woke up with a headache but I suppose it's wat to expect on day 3!
