    Time of the month

    Have any if u ladies experienced small weight loss time of month I hardly budged on week 1 day 4 and I've been 100% strict! Feel demotivated xx

    Most women suffer water retention around that time of the month hunni when I was a gym bunny my weigh ins fluctuated by around half a stone near lady time.

    Keep plodding on and don't worry about a weekly loss there are always other weeks to drop more lbs!! xx

    I am very regular and I have started about 3 days early. I hope it doesn't affect my first weight in too much either.

    I suppose at least if it does then I hould have a bigger loss in week 2 than one normally would!!

    I had a 4lbs loss at my first weigh-in this week and it's TOTM for me. I was expecting more as had stuck to SS 100%. I did feel a bit down, but now I'm just looking forward to (hopefully!) seeing a big loss next week.
    I know it's a bit demotivating, but stick with it.

    I actually lost 9lbs but I'd Been poorly with tonsilitus! Anyway due to throwing up anti biots I added a meal Sunday to wed so changing my weigh day till sat! Hoping for at least 3 lbs off ! Xx

    My CDC comes to my house so after my first WI last week I went straight upstairs and weighed myself on my scales so I know that my scales are 1lb higher than hers.

    I am now up to 7lb this week but that was first thing this morning.
