    DAY 6 ...........

    I have been in ketosis since Saturday and i am starting to feel like i have WAYYYY more energy than i actually do, so il rush around the shops etc and then be sweating and red all over lol!!

    I am getting my first weigh in Wednesday afternoon so i can update you all then!! i am hoping for a good loss to spur me on as i want this weight GONE!!!!

    Not a bit of food has passed my lips , no gum, no mints, nothing just water water water and shakes lol (due one soon and my goodness am i ready for it my big belly is making noises lol)

    How is everyone else getting on with their diet??? xxx

    Wow, sounds great. I am looking forward to having more energy. I get trapped in the sugar highs and lows so I'm looking forward to this diet being different. How do you know when your in ketosis? I haven't been given a stick from my CDC. Should I have?

    No i got mine from Amazon, there are other symptoms too look out for like metalic taste, not feeling hungry, full of energy, but i just wanted to check on a stick as extra proof that im there

    I am on day six as well today and also have so much energy! I did have a rough day 4 & 5 though had no energy and really tired! I brought the ketosis strips last time I was on CD but to be honest if you follow the diet and eat you shakes etc and don't cheat you will go into ketosis! The strips are also not that reliable from my point of view! But I remember wanting to check just to be sure!

    Hi there, I am on day 7, I feel really positive and have loads of energy! Which is such a change from the sluggish me from last year! I am looking forward to next week when I can have bars and mix a mousse!

    I def don't have lots of energy yet. Day 5 and I'm not feeling too hungry, but it's an effort to haul myself anywhere! Have been trying to walk but going to have a lazy afternoon before the school run. How are you fall finding it?

    yeah this morning was better!! but i dont have LOADS of energy but i feel so much better, just think its MISSING eating food rather than needing it or being hungry etc xxx

    I feel the same about missing food. I'm not really hungry but already wondering about social situations that I associate with food coming up... Sunday lunch at my sister's this week, valentines day, Chinese new year! How does everyone cope with social occasions?

    Wow 12!!!! Well done I lost 13 on my first I'm not feeling any different this week however clothes fit wise.

    As for social situations I avoid them right now as my weightless means more, as for valentines day my partner knows I'm on it so it's fine. It depends how important your weightless is to you xx

    Congratulations on your weight loss! I am currently on day 6 and I am doing ok although I do feel a little bit down at times and it makes me reallise my life revolves too much around food! Oh and a bit ont he late side beings as you posted this 6 days ago but try not to do too much running around, my consultant told me that you will feel as though you have a burst of energy and if you try to use it you will more than likely feel faint because you don't actually have that much energy
