I have been in ketosis since Saturday and i am starting to feel like i have WAYYYY more energy than i actually do, so il rush around the shops etc and then be sweating and red all over lol!!
I am getting my first weigh in Wednesday afternoon so i can update you all then!! i am hoping for a good loss to spur me on as i want this weight GONE!!!!
Not a bit of food has passed my lips , no gum, no mints, nothing just water water water and shakes lol (due one soon and my goodness am i ready for it my big belly is making noises lol)
How is everyone else getting on with their diet??? xxx
