    Day 7 - weigh in tomorrow

    I have stuck to the diet 100% and I am feeling great about that. I went into ketosis day 3 but today I feel so so craving like and I can't understand why. I'm so so worried this will last I don't want to feel like this. As I have a lot of time to go yet.

    Anyone else like this???
