Well I got through day 1 easy. No headaches or hunger yet. I had to make my kids tea and I usually munch on bits they have left so that was difficult but only because of habit that anything else. I know what to expect because I've done CD and LT in the past but I'm determined more than ever. So roll on day 2 I'm ready for ya!

Thank you :) day 2 is going ok just wanting to eat now out of stress than anything else. I crave a cup of tea with a little bit of milk more than anything x

Thank you, I'm in day 3 and feeling much better. Think I'm already in ketosis as went from 8am when I had my breakfast shake, to 4pm without feeling too hungry! Just feeling a little tired now. Good luck! Keep drinking water, keep busy and go to bed early I find this helps xx
