    BMI Information:

    End of day 1 and it went very well :)

    Well I got through day 1 easy. No headaches or hunger yet. I had to make my kids tea and I usually munch on bits they have left so that was difficult but only because of habit that anything else. I know what to expect because I've done CD and LT in the past but I'm determined more than ever. So roll on day 2 I'm ready for ya!
    Start weight : 12st 8lb
    Week 1: - 7lbs
    Week 2: - 2lbs
    Week 3: - 4lbs
    Week 4: - 3lbs
    Week 5: - 1lb
    Week 6: - 2.5lbs
    Week 7: - 3lbs
    Week 8: - 0.5lbs
    Week 9: - 4.5lbs
    Week 10 & 11: break & no weigh in

    Thank you, I'm in day 3 and feeling much better. Think I'm already in ketosis as went from 8am when I had my breakfast shake, to 4pm without feeling too hungry! Just feeling a little tired now. Good luck! Keep drinking water, keep busy and go to bed early I find this helps xx
