    recommend a good diet book / weight loss story..............

    Evening ( again )

    Im at day 5 and love reading weight loss story's / books.

    On my iPhone I have Brain over Binge which I dip in and out of reading

    I have Pauline Quirke' s Where have I gone which I read in under 48hr

    I also have The Beck solution BUT I need more lol,

    What books have helped you ?
    Start weight Feb 2012 = 17st 3,

    Lowest weight to date Aug 2012 = 10st 13



    RESTART 1 April 16.2


    week 1 = 15.5 = 11lb loss



    week 2 = 15.4 = 1lb loss TOTM but would have liked a bigger lolossy

    week 3 = 15.1 = 3 lb loss





    NEW GOAL 11ST 3 by my 40th July 2013

    Hi there
    The beck solution is to train yourself to think slim. To be honest I cant get ini it enough as I would like. I read a bit and put it down. Its about portion control, and getting us to think how " thin " people think so change our attitude towards food which is ideal if you can get into the book enough for it to take hold.
    Others on here swear by it but Maybe im just not ready for it x
