    How much water to mix with shakes?

    Started ss today made a shake but its didn't even full half of the shaker and my soup was really watery to is it suppose to be like that or am I doing it all wrong? :/

    should say on your packets. i don't do soup but shakes ae 8 fluid ounces...which is um... 227ml of water just use a little less if its too watery...just make sure you drink a little extra on your daily litre/pint intake

    Maybe ditch the shaker and use a hand blender or whisk instead? I use 250-275ml water for shakes and about 250ml for soup and they always turn out ok xxx

    I use half a pint of water and 7-8 ice cubes for my shakes. Makes roughly a pint then and is very filling and still doesn't lose it's taste.

    The soups I use a hand whisk and add water gradually so it doesn't get too thin, so depending on which soup I have, depends on how much water I put in

    I use 350ml water for the shakes x
