3 days in! how much did you lose after 3months?

hey all, im 3 days in and so far lost 3 pounds! which I didn't think was bad. :) today though my tummy is grumbling and drinking so much water is a bit difficult at times :) . I had a baby 9 months ago, and took the 'eating for two' quite literally >< I was a size 8 when I got pregnant, im now a size 16, and I've found it so hard to loose the baby weight since, no matter what I tried! So this is my last resort really. im hoping to reach my goal weight, about 9 and a half stone, by my daughters first birthday. Although it means I would have to loose 3 and a half stone in 3 months. im not sure its even possible! so I was wondering how much people lost in 3 months? thanks all, and keep up the good work :D xx
 
Hiiii I'm 2 days in now but my CDC said that I could loose 3 and a half to 4 stone in 3 months as long as I'm good! Would like to make this time go faster haha :) well done on the 3 pounds!

Yeah it gave me hope through these two days. Today's been easier but I got the soups and I just can't stomach them so swapping them tomorrow. I am finding it really tough though! How are you feeling? :)
 
I've lost 2 stone in a month.... Stick with it and you will see great results! 3 more stone to go!!!
 
Wow! That's amazing well done! All I'm thinking of is the results and when I can have the bars hahha. Just keeping really busy I've never been so busy! Have you found it doing a month?
 
Hi there, I'm on day 16 and am 5ft 2, I started at 11.6 after also eating for 2 when pregnant, my son is 2 in a couple of months so thought it was time to take drastic measures after sw and ww not taking much effect. Any way I'm now 1 stone down, with no cheating. I want to get to at least 8.10 by 8th July. Not long left but I will not cheat, the weight will slow down but if I do 3lbs a week from now I will hit near goal :) good luck and drink plenty x
 
Hi I don't start til the 20th may gotta wait to be paid but my appointment is all booked and I can not wait. I'm 5ft 3in and weigh 16st 10lb my weight has never been the same since having my children I have 4 boys think being pregnant with the twins started it all roughly 7 years ago and tried all sorts of diets but never stuck plus then I had another baby 3 years ago. I'm having alot of back and knee problems and I'm only 29 can't keep up with boys at the mo. I would love to lose 6st 10lb I wanted to know if anyone knew what kind of time frame this would be I know everyone is different. I just want to look forward to feeling healthier and more alive :) xx

Is supposed to average at 1stone a month :) I never thought I'd be able to stick to this so I'm very proud that I have :) I think you have to really really want it to be able to stick to it, don't get me wrong I miss choc, cake, bread chips pasta roasts well everything really lol but as I say I know what it tastes like I'm not missing out and wen im at goal I can have it again just in moderation tho ;-) I don't feel hungry now but do crave food! Just stick to this site daily for inspiration Hun, btw I'm 33 with 2 boys! I'm determined to get into a bikini for holiday then ill eat wen I'm there but get back on coz I'm sure I'll put on wen I'm out there haha.

Everyone's doing so well! It really is a motivator! I went round to my CDC today to swap my soup for a shake and she weighed me as a motivator. I've lost 5 pound in 3 days and am in ketosis! That was defo the motivation! Day one I thought there's no chance I can do this now I feel like I can do. I have a holiday in July and would love to feel confident around the pool can't wait to see the results like everyone is :) no pain no gain!
 
First weigh in after 4 days (had a short first week) as i lost 6 pounds and 4 and a half inches! Bring on next week!
 
Fabulous - I am day 19 and (on my scales) 19/20 lbs off - I also have a trip at the end of June which is really helping me keep focussed - Good Luck !
 
im on day 3 now and trying not to weigh myself even though im dying to know if i have lost any weight!! i dont feel as bloated now and suprisinly have alot more energy then i though i would!! good luck to everyone else!! :)

I know what you mean about energy I thought I'd be terrible and I'm actually feeling good. Not going to lie though I wouldn't mind my Saturday night take away instead distraction distraction distraction cinema and a shake and il be pleased when I have my weigh in! :) well done everyone. This forum is great support!
 
I am day 13 today, lost 13l b in the first week, hoping for at least 4-5 this week, had a blip on Friday but back on and focussing on my goal every day. Cannot wait to get to the point where my clothing doesn't fit and I can start dropping dress sizes.
 
Hey all! Never been on a forum before but this looked really interesting! I'm thinking whether or not to start the CD, going to see a consultant later today to have a chat... I've started going gym too 5x week but I think it's the food that prob lets me down, it's hard being a full time working mum of 2! I need to lose approx 22lb to achieve my target weight - how soon can I do this?!
