Hi guys,
i have the Exante drink mixes..i was just wondering if anyone knew if it is ok to have these, i know we shouldnt mix and match but i have three of them and thought they may be similar in the nutritional value..
per 5g serving (tspoon) it is 9calories, 0.4g carb
would just make a nice 'treat' from water and i can only really drink coffee up to a certain point of day or awake all night haha
