Do I really have to move up?
My bmi is nearly 25 (should be there by next week) but I've still got 2 stone to lose. Max BMI I can have is 25 for my frame, but I'm a small to medium frame so suit being ligher.
Do I really have to move up to 810 when my BMI is 25? I'm just worried that it's going to take ages to lose 2 stone on 810. Has anyone else been on 810 with still a bit to lose and if so what were your losses like and how long did the weight loss take? I've been spoilt with a good loss on SS:)
