With 2 shakes and a bar depending on how much you have to lose you should still average a Stone a month :-)

Didn't make any difference to me. Have been told no more than 1 a day (unless exceptional circumstances) as the "food" is too concentrated - should also have additional water with a bar.

How stupid am I? I actually mis-read this and asked my CDC for the new lemon 'yogurt' as in actual yogurt xx

I tried a lemon yoghurt bar this week and it's only my 2nd week, I thought it was really nice. It's good to have something solid to eat!

    Hi there
i am new to this minims thing not quite sure what I am doing. My consultant gave me ketostix to test and once in ketostix I have had two shakes and a bar every day, currently just starting my third week and as long as weight continues to go I will be happy. Currently lost 11.5lb in two weeks so happy with that. Just hope it doesn't slow down too much like most diets do!

I'm quite worried as I have 3 malt toffee bars a day and have only just read that you shouldn't have more than one a day. I hate the taste of everything else, the shakes, the soup, I even find the lemon bars yuk. My CDC hasn't told me not to.
