With 2 shakes and a bar depending on how much you have to lose you should still average a Stone a month :-)
TO EAT IS TO CHEAT !

    week 2, 05 Nov 2013 = 15.9 = 6 loss total week 2 = 17 lb

    week 3, 12 Nov 2013 = 15.5 total loss week 3 = 1.5 STONE

It shouldn't do. It didnt mine.

But if your worried you could just do lemon yogurt as they have less carbs in them.

Do the bars effect ur loss?

Didn't make any difference to me. Have been told no more than 1 a day (unless exceptional circumstances) as the "food" is too concentrated - should also have additional water with a bar.
    Returning to CD.... Determined

How stupid am I? I actually mis-read this and asked my CDC for the new lemon 'yogurt' as in actual yogurt xx

I tried a lemon yoghurt bar this week and it's only my 2nd week, I thought it was really nice. It's good to have something solid to eat!

    Hi there
i am new to this minims thing not quite sure what I am doing. My consultant gave me ketostix to test and once in ketostix I have had two shakes and a bar every day, currently just starting my third week and as long as weight continues to go I will be happy. Currently lost 11.5lb in two weeks so happy with that. Just hope it doesn't slow down too much like most diets do!

I'm quite worried as I have 3 malt toffee bars a day and have only just read that you shouldn't have more than one a day. I hate the taste of everything else, the shakes, the soup, I even find the lemon bars yuk. My CDC hasn't told me not to.
