Day 5 is upon me and I'm still 100% SS I just want to say thank you all for keeping me motivated. These boards wouldn't be here if we weren't all feeling the same and the support certainly keeps me on track so as silly as it sounds . . . .

Another restart Oct 2013 = 16.12 ( TOTM )
week 1, 29 Oct 2013 = 16.1 = 11lb loss
week 2, 05 Nov 2013 = 15.9 = 6 loss
total week 2 = 17 lb
week 3, 12 Nov 2013 = 15.5
total loss week 3 = 1.5 STONE
