SS or SS+???

Hi just wondering if any one knows the difference in weight loss between sole source and sole source plus??

Food craving driving me mad thinking maybe going to ss+ if it stops me cheating.

Anyone moved from one to another

I've been doing ss+ and alternating from the 4 shakes and milk to 3 shakes and 200 cal meal dependant on what I fancy. I find that just having a meal to sit down to at the weekend works well for me and feels like I have something to look forward to! lost 8lb 1st week and my 2nd weigh in is weds am. I expect to lose another 4lb from my sneaky in between weighing! Hope this helps.
 
It does thank you. :) I had two weeks of staying the same and that was only week 3-4... Week 4 albeit I did cheat once... Im weighing in on Thursday morning for weigh 5 hoping for at least 3lbs off.
I'm wondering if having a bit of protein when I'm struggling might not only help with cravings but maybe it will give me a boost in weight loss ... I dunno think I'm clutching at straws lol

Hmm that's strange, did you ever stay the same the first time you were on CD? And was it a bad cheat or just a little cheat? I do think a little bit of protein is good to keep you going without coming out of keto, especially because you can have 80g of veg too which helps with fibre. Have you been drinking lots of water? x
 
I think I stayed the same on week 9 or 10 last time but it was TOTM and I had a big loss the week after .... So was shocked this time round my losses have been pretty low this time round which is frustrating its like something isn't working!
It was a proper cheat but only one meal on one day.

Without being gross and stating the obvious do you think it's a lack of fibre!
 
Well I have struggled in that dept.... I have been using laxatives every other day to attempt movement!! X
 
Oh man the things this diet makes you end up talking about lol! I'm having those issues too, think I need that Cambridge fibre stuff. Anyway I'll be interested to see what you lose this week! I have to say on weight watchers I used to stay the same every other week, my leader said the body loses weight often in cycles of 10 days. I don't know if that's true or if she was just trying to make me feel better :)
 
Haha i know... There is no shame here!!! my consultant mentioned the fibre but I'm using tetras and bars so can't mix it in!!
Though she did say I should have the meals earlier. I work long days so don't get home until 9pm so was having them late but she seems to think it could be the cause if my slow weight loss.

How is your weight loss coming along??

That's interesting! I often have my last shake around 9pm, especially the choc mint as it feels like a treat :) got my 2nd WI tomorrow at 9am, quite excited but just came on so trying not to get my hopes up for a big loss in case I'm water retention Central!! Lost 8lbs the first week, would so love to lose 6lbs and make it a stone. I will let you know! I am so proud though- it's been a whole 2 weeks since I've so much as sipped a glass of wine or nibbled a bit of chocolate. I'm an absolute sugar head I think my husband's pretty shocked I've stuck it too :)

Dont worry too much about coming on I'm sure you'll still have a good loss!!

3lbs loss with TOTM this morning, not bad!! 11lbs in 2 weeks. Hopefully get my stone next week :) BTW you made me laugh with peeing the bed thing hahahaaaaa! So true!!

It's soo true I'm getting up at least two times a night for a pee... I actually worry that i go into a really deep sleep and wet the bed!! Hahaha x

Are you having the bars? I got mine today and they say 'high fibre' on the front. I was like, result!! I'm excited let me know how weigh in goes woooo x
 
I have tetra's and bars... I find that if I have more than one bar in a day it's makes my insides feel gassy... Not like I'm walking about trumping or anything haha just like I trapped wind! You'll know what I mean. I try to eat one bar and tWo tetras each day.
Weigh in is at 8.30am will let you know how it goes! I'm feeling anxious!! I defo feel slimmer and 3 people gave said so this week!! Whoop!! So don't think I will be do bummed with only a lb or 2 because of that!! X

Hahahahaaaa trumping! Love that word! I know what you mean though after my bar today (well actually ended up having 2, oops) the Chewy choc one was really... Weird! Strangest texture ever and my tummy was gurgling non stop, ahhh I hope you have a big loss!

You do get used to it as long you don't eat too many in a day.

Yaaaaaay!! Excellent!! It's amazing how many inches can disappear so quickly from your waist eh!
