    Emotional!

    I'm approaching week 2 of SS (1st weigh in tomorrow). I haven't had any headaches and not really hungry (although could eat out of habit). The worst bit thou is myemotions! I could cry at a drop of a hat and feeling very sorry for myself....other times feeling happy and focused.
    Please tell me I am not alone feeling like this?!

    Not at all! I've used food as an emotion suppressant for a long time, take away that anaesthetic and I suddenly start feeling things far more strongly. I've been crying as adverts and all sorts!

    Get into size 12s (very nearly!)
    Get under 13 stone DONE!
    Get under 13 stone at the end of the day, fully clothed. DONE!
    12 week mark! DONE!

    (break for visit)

    Thanks for that Funnyfarm. I've been crying at adverts too!! I just hope it gets easier/feels more normal? Xxx

    The way I'm looking at it is, it's a good way of me learning to process emotions without eating, so when I am eating again I can keep it all in proportion. Hopefully!

    Me too, MrsD. Soooo emotional. It comes and goes but I definitely us food as an anaesthetic. Interesting, isn't it? When you start noticing the connection between mood and food?
