    HELP PLEASE .. porridge and rice pudding on week 2/3??

    Hi guys when can you start having porridge and rice pudding whilst on SS im in week 2 going into week 3?

    Slimming World- Jan 2012- August 2012 18st 5.5lbs down to 14st 6.5

    Lost motivation and stopped going but maintained for 5 months nd put a little on over xmas

    Started Cambridge 15st CDC scales mine and SW scales are less 14.6
    WEEK 1 - 8lbs ( 5 day week) 14.6 CD
    WEEK 2 - 7lbs 13.13 CD
    WEEK 3 -
    WEEK 4 -
    WEEK 5 -
    WEEK 6 -
    WEEK 7 -
    WEEK 8 -
    WEEK 9 - MOVING UP THE STEPS
    Plan to go back to sw .. if im on a roll i may continue with Cambridge SS

    you can have porridge from week one and all products from week two ( can t say for sure about the rice pud in week one as its a new product) it the bars that most but not all consultants say you shouldn t have in week one as they are made with more carbs (i think)

    Thankyou, my cdc is mobile so i have to tell her what i want before she comes, just ordered 5 porridge, hope it tastes ok!! x

    I love the porridge! It's like you're eating normal food hehe! I like the original most which surprised me as I have a major sweet tooth! Enjoy. X

    Week 1: -5.5 lb
    Week 2: -5lb
    Week 3: -4lb (1 stone gone!)
    Week 4: -2lb (6 day week)
    Week 5: -4lb (1lb off 1.5 stone!)
    Week 6: -2lb (even with a day off!)
    Week 7: -5lb
    Week 8: -2lb (2 stone 1lb gone!)
    Week 9: -1lb (Disappointing but now I'm in the tens-goal is in sight!)
    Week 10: -1lb
