I'd forgotten how cold I get on this diet! And the lousy weather doesn't help either!

Is anyone else feeling it today?

I've been gettin really cold too!!! I've always been a hot at night and only wear a nightie. Now I'm wearing pjs and still cold!!

Ha ha it does get a bit better I promise but I'm always cold now
