    2 WEEK 100% CHALLENGE: Start date 25/05/14

    Hello ladies!

    This is a second two week challenge for those of us who have already done the first, and a chance for anyone else to join us! Think a lot of us found having the challenge and the accountability to one another a real motivator, so we've agreed another challenge would be great.

    Once we've updated our weights in the other thread, I suggest we synchronise start weights here and hope for another great fortnight of 100% days.

    Feel free to get the start weight post started!
    START: 14st 7lbs - 89cm waist / 111cm hips

    10th - 13th April:
    13st 13 lbs (-8lbs) - 88cm waist / 110cm hips
    14th - 20th April: 13st 9 lbs (-4lbs) - 85.5cm waist / 109cm hips
    21st - 27th April: 13st 6 lbs (-3bs) - 84cm waist / 108cm hips
    28th - 4th May: 13st 2 lbs (-4bs) - 83cm waist / 106.5cm hips
    5th - 11th May: 12st 12 lbs (-4bs) - 82cm waist / 105.5cm hips

    Show any loss with May 12, 2014 Restart (- 3 lbs, sts )
    5 Dog Walks of a minimum 20 min. (5, 5)
    Start doing Fitness Classes again (Aqua Fit, Zumba, Kettlebells, etc.) (2 AF, 2 AF)
    Be comfy in Hilfinger cropped jeans US12
    Get into US 10 (on door)
    Be comfy in US 10
    Get into Goal Jeans US 8
    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)
    Lose the Muffin Top!

    Hello everyone

    I have been waiting for a new challenge to start so I could join in

    Today is day 5 for me & I haven't braved the scales yet. I will have a cheeky weigh in the morning though Ideally I would love to achieve 7lbs off over the two weeks. I've managed to follow the plan 100% so far, so if I can keep on track I think half a stone is totally do-able.

    Last Sunday I was 16st4lb, I reduced my carbs for 3 days before starting SS+ on Wednesday. This morning I am 15st10lb, its safe to say I am thrilled .

    So 15st10lb starting weight for me please.
