Ok so, so far I have been just on shakes and soups 100%, but I have now introduced some of the bars (loving the peanut one btw)!
I am finding that the bars fill me up more than the shakes and soups. I'm currently on 1 bar and 3 shakes/soups a day - for my height apparently I have to have 4.
Does anyone know if it will effect my weight loss if I have more bars per day and less shakes/soups? For example - can I have 3 bars and 1 shake? Just getting bored of shakes and soups and can't stand the porridge and rice pudding.
