    Current BMI: 38.8

    Total Weight Loss: 1st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 6st2lb

    Making the transition from Step 2 to SS+...any tips?

    So after a couple of days off i am back and raring to start SS+ tomorrow.

    I have been on step 2 the last 2 weeks and have lost 11lbs but now feel ready to venture into the SS+ territory

    Does anyone have any experience or tip they could pass on please

    Ive only done SS so no tips hun. just keep busy and drink the water is my only advice hun.xx you have done so well so far so keep up the great work.xx

    wk5= cdc on holiday, no wi.
    wk6= -6.6lb
    wk7= -1.8lb
    wk8= Holiday 10 days off plan.
    wk9 = -1.2lb
    wk10= -1.2lb
