Off the kelter
Ive lost a stone and four pounds but it's grounded to a halt this week. I am going to try ss+ as of tomorrow. Was having bars but it seems to have slowed it down. Also due to disorganisation ended up having two bars and a shake today. Bad times.
Hopefully it is all okay for me. Got another 10/11lbs till goal weight. Don't want thus plateau to stick
Goal 1: To get to ten stone- DONE!!
Goal 2: To get under 9 and a half stone- DONE!!
Ultimate Goal- to get UNDER NINE!!!!
