    Hi honey,

    today is day 5 and I swear I could eat a scabby horse between two bread vans!!
    My stats seem to have sh*t themselves on my profile :-/ I was 118.3 on Monday..... I'd like to be 108 by Christmas..... Ultimate goal is probably going to be around 80kg, based on my BODPOD analysis which told me I have a lot of lean mass.... But this could change if I lose significant muscle mass.......

    today i weighed 113.7... So feeling this ravenous is worth it! I'm in ketosis, I think, but I'm still feeling really hungry.
    I sure hope it eases up soon, or I may eat my own arm!
