Any ideas

[h=2]I am starting week 9 and I am only showing a trace of Ketosis and it has been like this most of my 9 weeks. My losses are small considering the amount I have to lose. I drink 4l a day and my consultant moved me upto SS+ last week and I have 4 products as I prefer to take food completely out of them equation, I have 3 shakes and 1 bar, I have even tried 4 shakes a day. I know what else to do to get me into deeper Ketosis and bigger losses, your ideas would be greatly appreciated.[/h]i don't drink tea or coffe only plain water.
 
try swapping the bar out for another shake - I know when I am struggling cutting out the bars seems to help. However I believe ketosis is ketosis (if you are in ketosis at all then you are burning fat - a stinger reading doesn't mean you are burning more fat)- all the sticks measure is the amount of ketones in your urine - but different people process ketones differently so some people never show strongly on the sticks - its why i never use them. Also the colour of the sticks will vary depending on how hydrated you are. If you are dehydrated they will often read stronger, if you are well hydrated they might hardly read at all.
