100% No If's or Buts's!

Hey You Lovely People!

So I am on Day 21 and I have been on the diet 100%!

No temptations, no slips nothing. It feels good to have discipline and to see the hard work paying off.
I had my weigh in yesterday and in 20 days I have lost a stone which is good going. Now I just need to start regular exercise again.

Being busy definitely keeps me on track and I have taken an interest in starting Zumba if anyone has tried it??

I want to be down to at least 10 stone by my Birthday in August and I am 6 stone away from that, do we think that is doable??

I want to stay on this 100% with no funny business, I think to do that we just need to make sure that we on top of each other so I would appreciated any support from people here greatly!

I am here for support, advice or just as an ear. Keep up the good work!

You're off to a flying start!! You sound really focused and determined which is all you need.

Ive been here a few months now and your post made me think about me at 20 days in. It felt like a huge achievement but hard work. A few months later and I now find it easier. It's a long road, so thank goodness it does!

Hey Guys!

I know I posted here earlier, but I have just tried the spag bol for the first time, and I really liked it...however it was sweet tasting and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to tone down the sweetness? I tried some chilli, pepper, Cumin but it made only a slight difference. I am not wanting to add any other food. So any spices I could add to take the sugar taste away would be much appreciated!

Hey, I put some smoked paprika and chilli flakes in the spag Bol. Worth a try. x
 
So I am still 100% on plan and its day 26!

New Consultant and I have lost another 2lbs in 4 days. Next weigh in is in 10 days time, I think I could lose a fair bit and finally get down to SS!

wow! You are sprinting ahead. Well done. I bet you are starting to notice a difference now?
 
I don't physically see a difference yet. I still feel very large and bloated.
I literally .9 away from my BMI being low enough for SS and its annoying.

I guess I maybe notice a bit of a difference but I am waiting til I have lost a fair few stone before I compare pictures. Then I will feel it.

So today was a crappy day. Had a massive argument with my mother about things.
I didn't want any of my products, but I am 100% on plan still.

Well, I am still doing really well. But I am travelling and staying in a hotel room and all I want is chips, crisps or chinese. I have my shakes but I can't even look at them I really don't want that as a meal. I want to be strong so I can keep going.

KRM you've done too well to eat chips and Chinese!! You might enjoy eating it at the time but you will feel awful afterwards and instantly regret it. Listen to music, browse "skinny" clothes on the web, dream about what you'll feel like when you've lost weight .... Anything to take your mind off the urge!! Have your shake as then you want be hungry and not want the crap. You can do it!!!

They have no dining here so I am stuck with my shakes. Being away from home makes it harder to stay on track. I am away 3 days next week as well!
Takes me out my routine of comfort. I need to try and lose 4lbs by Saturday so I have to keep going. I tried the peanut bar today but won't be having that again. I am going to have a shower, watch a movie and try and sleep early.

Fingers crossed.

I will keep going, I pushed through. I just want to get going on my losses again. So back to just shakes and soup for a little bit.

Keep going! I know it's harder when one isn't in one's normal routine but you've proved you can stick to it whilst your away and I'm sure you will manage the next few days away too. Feeling very excited for you as your progress so far shows you are going to go reach target.
