    who ever loses the most for the week and has stuck to cd 100%, no cheating! you will have to be honest and state if you have been 100%.

    remember to make you weigh ins clear, bright and big so that I can spot you and how many days you have stuck to it 100%.

    can we count the number of days 100% for the week of the weigh in, so the max would be 7 days.

    Makes the short term goals more acheivable.
