I think I have finally made it after 18 months trying and giving up. Something has finally clicked and I am now on day 10 of 100% s/s. I am over that horrible 4 day struggle, I crave at times but its over quickly and I have no intentions of giving in.
I had my first weigh in on saturday and I have lost 8lbs so I am pleased, clothes are also starting to fit better so I am feeling great, which is something I havent felt like for a long time and I plan for it to continue.
I need a new ticker but cant remember how to do it, I will change once I work it out.
