    Friday night decadence

    Yummmmm....

    Busy today so missed lunch then held out for my CDC arriving at eight with my new week's supply - including my first bars.

    So sitting down to a late dinner of peppermint tea, chicken and mushroom crisps and chewy chocolate cranberry slices (and water of course). Feels like I'm cheating! Nice treat for start of weekend.



    Start weight 18stone7lbs
    Week 1 - 10lb loss! into the 17's!
    Week 2 - 6lb loss 1 stone off!
    Week 3 - 2lb loss

    I agree Cranberry & Peanut are the best. I can even drink black coffee without sugar with them...
