    Smile Hiya, Im a newbie on Day 2!!

    Hi everyone. I started CD yesterday and didn't find it bad at all!!! It took a while to get to sleep because my tummy was making some very strange sounds.... I woke up this morning and didnt feel too hungry, I was really shocked i expected to feel like i could eat a horse!!! ha ha!!
    I've had my milkshake and just finishing my black cup of tea, then its water for the rest of the day. I am so excited about this. I have been very over weight forever and the thought of actually being slim one day just makes me grin!!! Im 30 in march so thats my goal and I cant wait.
    Im 5ft 4inches and my CDC weighed my as 18st 11lb yesterday.

    I love reading all your stories and progress, it really encourages me. I look forward to getting to know you all better over the coming months.

    Like you i want to be slim for my 30th (october) its my day 5 now and i am feeling great not thinking about food at all anymore! My first weigh in is tomorrow. Good luck i am sure it will al be worth it xxx

    Week 9 ~ STS cdc stuck on her hols due to flight situation so had to have some meals.
    Week 10 ~ 2lbs lost
    Week 11 ~ gave up, really messed around, somehow still lost 1lb
    I REALLY need to do this!
