Sure it's just your body adjusting and you'll get a bigger loss next week, just remember a loss is a loss!

Its all about the body adjusting to the new you!
If you stick to it then the results will come.
I saw my CDC today and she was telling me how she sees weight loss vary in different people, first week or 2 can be slow loss, then BAM! All of a sudden a massive loss comes round the corner!

The diet is about highs and lows, if you carry on and stay positive then good things will happen, I'm sure of it Shabzy.

The weight may not be coming off as fast as you want it to, but start watching your clothes, they will get baggier, enjoy the extra energy we all have, feel great about losing weight, no matter how much and how fast, the fact is you are doing it and many many people haven't got it in them to make a change in their lives.

You are taking control and making a change, that is special.

    Keep going strong mate.

    DONE

    WK1 - 6lbs

Well done Shabzy - any loss is worth celebrating. I always check out others weight loss patterns and they're all different....I'm a bit of like the Big Dipper funfare ride - little dip, bigger dip....hopefully due a bigger dip this Saturday lol
