Well still full of cold, but aside from that still not feeling too hungry, had hot orange choc for brekkie, chicken and mushroom for lunch (thinned out a bit more so preferred it a lot more) and then choc mint tonight!
Heard from my CDC and she says 100% that we can have the water flavourings in week 1 so I'm going to try it anyway, if im not in ketosis by friday then I'll drop it until I am, but for now, it makes sure I get through all my water and more, 2 1/2litres today, which for me is unheard of in just water.
