What a day - Day two

Hi all,
I started my day all good, ready for a 32 hour shift at work. Packed all of my CD essentials. Left for work at 7am, by 7.15 am had been involved in a car accident. Skidded on black ice and it all went wrong. Thankfully everyone is ok, I do however have a soft tissue injury to the left side of my back (v.painful). Well, I have obviously been through lots of emotions today, these including:

Hysterical screaming
Crying
thankful nobody was seriously hurt
confused(Straight after accident)
pain

to name a few...

The good news is I have stuck to my 810 100%!! Granted this morning I did not really feel like eating but tonight, as I sit in pain I am not tempted by the millions(thats what it feels like!) of food adverts on the TV.

Sorry to bend everyones ear but I needed to speak!
