when are you checking? Its best to check 1st thing in the morning as the water drank during the day can dilute the test resultxx
ps the sticks dont work for everyone as long as you are sticking to the diet 100% then you will losexx

Sarahsunshine, it does get better. I was getting really down because I was not in ketosis after 3 days, 4 days, 5 days...I was beginning to wonder what was going on, but day 6 I started burning a lil bit. Not much at all, but then day 7 & 8 I've been on FIRE!! yeah. feeling much better now, so just keep it up. It will come.
It took me 5 days to get to ketosis, the fur on my tongue is now long enogh to make a jumper with........... I think it was because I used to drink alot ( like a bottle of wine a day) so there was an awful lot of glycogent to get rid of ( not saying its the same for you) hang on in there and you will soon be bursting with energy.
