I was just wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions on what to do for the 200kcal meal on SS+ ???
Are you allowed dressings or and stocks etc?? Which ones??
Any ideas would be great! Thank you x


hey YM, I don't have any recipe ideas as such but i found adding a bit of flavour helped, i tried a little boullion with my chicken or some people use half a soup pack made up with less water as a kind of sauce.
