It's how you end the diet to stop putting on when you get to goal. You should have details in your book.
It's really important. The part that will raise your metabolism again, and replenish any glycogen...oh and help with healthy eating.
Highly recommended.

You should have a yellow book. If you haven't, ask you CDC for one. It lists everything in there. How to do the diet, how to end the diet, all the plans, what to do when you are at goal.
You really need it.
