Yep. I always keep a few choc tetras in the freezer at all times.

I take one out about an hour before I want it, cut off all the cardboard, pop the frozen block in a bowl and leave it to defrost for about an hour at room temperature.

    Result: choc ice-cream! Yum!

Don't forget though that you can only freeze the 'spare' one. You mustn't freeze any if you are SSing.

If you are on SS+ and have 4 shakes instead of 3, you can freeze the extra one

I've been wondering how freezing it is meant to kill all the nutrients when freezing things usually helps the nutrients to last longer....?

This thread is really interesting. It is great how it makes me think of things I would never have considered on my own!

hey likealobster, sometimes I feel really stupid in asking questions so I just wait till someone else does heheh.

I am on SS+ diet where I am allowed the milk but I don't take the extra pack or have any chicken plus veg. I think I will be having Shake for breakfast, Bar during the day and Tetra ice cream during the evening, like this I can cope otherwise I will just die. I can't tolerate weeks and weeks of shakes and shakes and shakes. Eurgh!!
