had a tiny piece of chicken-will it hurt?

was naughty and had a tiny piece of chicken. It must have been about 20g the most. Is it going to affect me? I am so worried now...

OH NO THIS IS TERRIBLE!! just read the packet as it was those ready cooked chicken bits you can buy from asda and morrissons. it says it is roasted in dextrose and sugar. How bad is this? Have I ruined everything?

I'm not so sure. All you can do is carry on as you are, and see what happens at weigh in.
I am guessing you will be fine. Ok you may not lose as much as you want, but its a learning curve. They key is to carry on regardless x
