I think we could do with some more motivation among the CDers! So I'm setting up the 'May Challenge'!! I think a goal/challenge to work towards really helps, not physically, but mentally as well. Imagine how you'd feel if you wrote down a challenge today, and by the end of May - had actually achieved it?! Amazing that's what!![]()
As you know, the 1st of May is approaching - so next Friday will be our start date. The challenge can be anything you want it to be: losing a certain amount of weight, an exercise goal, e.g. being able to run a certain distance etc. Feel free to add tickers etc to record your results and keep you motivated
This can be for everyone - SSers, 810 and upwards
Please join in, the support on here is amazing so you will have alllllll the support you need.
My May Challenge is going to be to get down to under 10 stone, and seriously improve my fitness now I'm back on the exercise. I want to be able to run 5 miles by Sunday 31st May - call me crazy! But I am very determined to do it...
