    Lightbulb The May Challenge

    Morning guys!!

    I think we could do with some more motivation among the CDers! So I'm setting up the 'May Challenge'!! I think a goal/challenge to work towards really helps, not physically, but mentally as well. Imagine how you'd feel if you wrote down a challenge today, and by the end of May - had actually achieved it?! Amazing that's what!

    As you know, the 1st of May is approaching - so next Friday will be our start date. The challenge can be anything you want it to be: losing a certain amount of weight, an exercise goal, e.g. being able to run a certain distance etc. Feel free to add tickers etc to record your results and keep you motivated


    This can be for everyone - SSers, 810 and upwards

    Please join in, the support on here is amazing so you will have alllllll the support you need.

    My May Challenge is going to be to get down to under 10 stone, and seriously improve my fitness now I'm back on the exercise. I want to be able to run 5 miles by Sunday 31st May - call me crazy! But I am very determined to do it...

    I would love to join in the May challenge, by the end of May I want to be at GOAL! 9.9lbs to go, and also because I am upping my exercise (like Mrs Lampard) at the start of this week I downloaded the Couch to 5k running program.....did my first session quite easily. I too would like to be able to run/job 5k by the end of May.

    This may be the motivation I need, I am really ruining my chances of finishing the diet at the moment and constantly picking! Think it is cos I know I am so close I am ruining it for myself, thanks - great challenge!!!

    Just went for a run and a swim to get my fitness up, I'm really starting to get back into the exercise. Going to go swimming/running twice a week, gym twice a week, and legs bums & tums on a friday lol As would really like to tone up what I've just worked so hard for! Let me know how you get on with the jogging/running I'm a crap runner but luckily im a stubborn little madam and won't give up.     I'm would also like to start running.. I'm doing race for life in July but I'm so un-fit. I would love to be able to at least jog the 3k... So I'm going to set my self a goal to go running 3 times a week - hopefully would be able to jog 3k by the end of may.
