Support groups on the 100% forum

Can we please clarify what the point of the support groups are?

To support people whether they are 100% or not. They are mainly available on the main forum.

Ones on here aren't for discussion of blips. Just 100% support for people who are managing and need encouragement to continue to manage without blips.

But what about us who are members of a support group that was started in the CD 100%.

They can either join another support group, or start a new one up in the main forum If they don't want to do this, then they need to avoid mentioning the 'blip', but....the first two options are available for them if they want.

But i have struggled quite a bit for a variety of reasons and there seems little point in me being part of a group that i cannot be open and honest with for fear of breaking the rules and possibly sabotaging other people's valiant attempts at remaining 100%.

:hug99: It's important that you feel you can be honest about things. That's what is so great about the main forum.

The great thing about the 100% forum is that others can get the support with what they are doing. A place for everyone

It's not a demotion, or that anyone is cross, or doesn't understand. Just finding the best place to get support for particular 'difficulties'
